Feeling fine at 99.

I have been using Biowave on my father in law for approximately a month now. He is a 99 year old WWII veteran and ex POW.  As of now, I put it on him twice a day and the benefits are very obvious. He states that his pain is greatly reduced after every treatment and has greater range of motion than before the treatment began.

He would recommend Biowave whole heartedly to anyone that is experiencing persistent pain. He is very grateful to Biowave and the VA for the pain relief that he is experiencing from using the Biowave.

"My name is Michael, I served in the USAF. I spent 11 years in Security Forces. I was veteran of both OIF/OEF. Roughly 2014 I had an injury to my entire back and shortly after separating from the AF I was T-Boned by a driver doing 62 MPH and it flared all my injuries.

My injuries affect me daily. Sometimes just a small amount of pain just letting me know its there. The extreme pain hits the 10 schedule, I won’t be able to move my neck and I have to choose between breathing or taking a step for several days.

I’ve completed 3 different locations of physical therapy and hasn’t helped. In addition to PT I’ve had my injection quota maxed out for several years with little to no relief. My pain management gave me all different kinds of medications. I had to stop opioid meds so I wouldn’t become addicted as well. We also started the steps for an electric device in my spine to block the pain signals. I had too many negative side effects to continue the trial. The TENs unit aggravated my back so I discontinued use of that.

Now to the Biowave. I was on Facebook watching videos and an add popped up about the BioWave. I watched the video and said heck I got nothing to lose let’s try this. I reach out to them and Ron contacted me back. They had just signed a contract with VA and was trying to work with Tricare. Not many people knew about it so I had no feedback from peers, friends, and family.

The day of the consult, I had hoped for it to work but had no expectations. I sat down and we hooked up the device. BioWave was a much deeper sensation that released the tension I felt as compared to the TENS unit. I started at 17.5% as we went along I felt the area under the pads lose intensity and began to fade out and bumped it up. My final reading was 21.5%. I could still feel the sensation from the device after everything was removed. I couldn’t believe it! I didn’t feel as if I had a ton of weight on my back, no pain, nothing at all and felt relaxed after the treatment. I went home and sat down and peacefully took a nap I was so relaxed. I woke up an hour or so later and felt great and couldn’t believe it. This lasted for the rest of the day and then the normal pain was back.  was the first veteran at my VA to receive a Biowave HOME device. I had used TENS devices for years for lower back pain to help relax the muscles that would tighten up and cause unbearable pain. My life of pain had existed since 1973 when I injured my back in an auto accident. I used chiropractors, pain meds, physical therapy, stretching exercises, TENS, acupuncture, acupressure, trigger point injections etc. at great expense, time, and a lowered quality of life.

When my veteran brother in TN told me about a veteran friend of his who was using a Biowave HOME device with great results, I became interested. My brother told me it had pads like a TENS device but that it worked deeper in the muscles and tissue. Being a long time Electronic Technician and an Amateur Radio operator, I told my brother that the Biowave HOME device had to be working at a higher frequency and probably with a higher power level. I confirmed that on your website and called and extensively talked to a veteran customer support person. I have forgotten his name but he was a great help. I got my device about 9 months ago and have gotten really great results and over time have experimented with different techniques.

I find that I can get better results and longer lasting results by incorporating my stretching exercises during the 30 minute treatment while concentrating on the tightest areas of my muscles. Then during the last part of the treatment, I concentrate on the remaining sore or painful areas. By doing this I can usually get up to three days of quality pain relief and greater flexibility with a single treatment.  When I have more than one area of severe pain left after a treatment, I locate and pin point the pain area and do a 30 minute treatment as described above to fix that area. I keep checking for sore or painful areas and concentrate on them as described. I have successfully treated up to three areas like this with up to three days of pain free relief allowing me to move, walk and sleep with a great improvement in my quality of life. If I plan on bending or doing light lifting or work, I use a heavy duty Nike weight lifting belt pulled tightly across my lower back.

The Biowave HOME has changed my life by leaps and bounds. I will forever be deeply indebted to you and your remarkable support team. And it is made in the USA. That means a lot to a 73 year old US Navy patriotic veteran."

"I would first like to thank you for your outstanding website and podcast.  I have been listening to the podcasts and reading your website content since late last summer/ early fall when my son joined the USAF.  I found your site while doing my own research into AFSOC, as my son has aspirations of joining the CCT community.

The reason for this email is to thank you for advertising for Biowave.  I had never heard of that device until I heard you speaking about it on the podcast.

I developed a degenerative bone disease when I was in the first grade which deformed my right femoral head (it collapsed on itself and formed a mushroom shape).  As result of this condition I have lived with chronic hip pain ever since.  I was also told to expect to have a hip replacement by my thirties.

I dealt with the pain by taking Ibuprofen for most of my life until seven years ago when I donated a kidney to my father.  Ibuprofen is filtered through the body via the kidneys and since I now only had one I was advised to stop taking it.  Now my hip pain was a much bigger problem for me so I was force to get a hip replacement at 44 years old.  The replacement has not given me the freedom I had hoped for and over the past five years I have lost flexibility and the pain has not subsided as I had hoped.

This past month I had a follow-up to make sure nothing with the prosthesis had come loose. My surgeon was confident it had not.  After much discussion he gave me a few options for various tests which if conclusive would mean a revision surgery and additional bone loss when I am only 49 years old.  I told him that was unacceptable as I wanted an active life back.  After discussing the pros and cons of my situation in detail with him and after I asked for him to write a prescription for a Biowave machine, he did.

I received my new machine yesterday.  I immediately left work and did a treatment.  It was a miracle!  The pain was gone!  After the first treatment,  I was pain free in my hip.  I was able to bend over and pick small objects off the floor without having to drop to one knee which was how I had to do it since the surgery.  I could put my foot easily up on an end table that was the height of my mid-thigh area.  Again this was something I could not do previous to the treatment!  I went for a long walk and rode several miles on a stationary bike and felt wonderful!

This morning I woke up to a cloudy damp drizzling weather front that had moved in overnight.  This is the type of day I typically abhor, as it usually causes significant pain, tightness and even more loss of range of movement.  I had none of that today.  I did another treatment , per the clinical protocol and I can move better than I have in years!  I am more than happy with the results I have seen in such a short time.

Since I work in the medical field I understand the dangers of opioid base pain management.  I understand the numerous and sometimes very dangerous side effects, along with the addictive properties of such drugs.  This is why I avoided them and was forced to deal with daily chronic pain which prevented me from enjoying life with my family to its fullest.  Now I feel like I may be getting that back again.

I applaud you for advertising this product to you audience, as I know many of them have sacrificed greatly for our country, which I also applaud.  If by making more people aware of Biowave through your efforts helps one current or prior service member as much as it has already helped me, then you have accomplished a great service to our men and women of the United States Armed Forces.
